    Dr. Lynn Johnson will delve into the pressing DEIB challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, minority communities, and diverse populations in Florida. Focusing on the pivotal role of HR professionals, Dr. Johnson will introduce her transformative CARES for Inclusion & Belonging Framework. By exploring real-world examples, attendees will learn how this framework's elements - Connect, Acknowledge, Respect, Empower, and Support - can be effectively applied. The session will inspire HR professionals to become catalysts for change, promoting inclusive environments and empowering communities in Florida.
