Handling the barrage of talent considerations – compensation, skill development, multi-generational environments, workforce planning, etc. – is more than a full-time task. This session will aid in giving an overview in two areas:
Talent Acquisition – from sourcing to onboarding
Talent Management – expectations to delivery
The goal of my session will be to provide insight around a lasting recruitment strategy, one that entails the external and is reinvented internally to the same population. How can we better maintain our workforce when so many variables vie for the attention of our staff. We know that the grass isn’t greener, but our staff may be tempted to frolic. Is it valid for them to move on or is it just an accepted reality in your organization.
We will focus on areas of pre-boarding, culture, engagement and generational appeal. The attendee will be able to better define the internal processes being used as well as leverage the external markets.
